As part of our company’s growth, we are therefore looking for a fully qualified lawyer/in-house counsel (m/f/d) with strong personal and professional skills to join our Berlin office as soon as possible.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Providing legal advice to executives on contract management and liability
- Legal coordination and management of committees and bodies
- Advice on various issues in the field of corporate and real estate law, including stock corporation law and capital measures
- Preparation of corporate documents and transactions and their contractual design
- Out-of-court and in-court claims management (assertion or defence of claims against third parties)
- Further development of risk and opportunity management
COMPETENCE PROFILE
- Successfully completed law degree with 1st and 2nd state law examinations
- Several years of professional experience and knowledge of stock corporation law would be an advantage
- Very good understanding of economic contexts
- Solution-oriented team player
- Strong negotiation and decision-making skills, as well as initiative and persuasiveness
- Structured approach to work and strong organisational skills
- Confident in using the most common MS Office applications
